Children's Learning Center

I cannot say enough good things about this preschool! Our two sons are currently in the early childhood learning programs, and they both are thrilled to attend school every day. They love the teachers, and so do we. I'm always amazed by the amount of learning and creative activities they report back to me each day, and the school does a great job at incorporating social skills and teaching of responsibilities and manners into daily activities as well. The Director is a wonderful person, and he and the teachers really foster a caring, open, joyful learning environment. We feel very lucky for our experiences here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for early childhood care for their kids.

A FABULOUS child care program that I would recommend without reservation to any parent. My son attended for 2 years in a row beginning at age 3 and my daughter is now attending her first year at 2 years old. This is a developmentally appropriate program with nurturing providers who meet each child where they are at. I could go on and on about details of the program that are wonderful, however, perhaps the most powerful thing I can say is that my children LOVE it there. My son never wanted to leave when I would pick him up and now my daughter is beginning to be the same way. As for my son, now just finishing Kindergarten, he left The Children's Learning Center - Catonsville fully prepared for Kindergarten...both academically and socially. We feel that the Children's Learning Center played a large part in his success this year in Kindergarten. We are so glad that we found this program and feel lucky to be able to send our children there!

High quality learning and excellent care. Expert teachers and loving staff. Open all year with a schedule that coincides with Baltimore County Public Schools. Accepts Child Care Subsidies and is currently going through the accreditation process (Office of Child Care/ MSDE).

I have been sending my almost 3 year old here since he was 8 months old. I was a student at ccbc and needed a place to put my child while i was in class. they work with the children at their developmental levels and i truly believe they prepare children for school. Children's learning center is a great place to send young children for a pre-school education. i also like that you don't have to worry about potty training your child by a certain date-they work with them and the toilets are low to the ground. the children learn through discovery by role play and going on nature hikes. the hours are great if you work early or late- they are open from 7:00 to 5
