My daughter used to attend this facility and my son did too for about a month. My daughter came home with scratch marks all across the side of her face one day and then was asked to sign an incident report. When I refused to sign without the full story the owner herself gave me 2 different stories (she tried to blame my daughter saying she may have scratched herself repeatedly during nap time) when I know well enough my child has never done that. My son attended for a month or so and I was more disgusted then I was when my daughter attended. Natchitoches water is very unsafe to drink, this facility gives the children tap water to drink. Rather then giving them 100% juice, they give them 100% sugar (hawaiin punch). Everyday when I dropped my son off he cried continuously and when Id pick him up he would come running to me as though he was mad at me for leaving him there. Once we'd get home, my son would eat eat eat as though he hadnt been fed all day. I dont care how many "stars" this facility has,its all because they are on their "best' behavior when an inspector comes around. I wouldn't let my dog stay there.....
