I am former teacher here I am 26yrs old and let me tell you what this daycare has the highest turnover rate ever its bad and sometimes they have anywhere from 3-4 teachers a day in one class room always swapping teachers around lke for example one moment I would be teaching kindergarten and right in middle of lesson they would swap me and another teacher for no flippin reason and then you get into that class and then you get swapped again to somewhere else. And the office staff has their favorite and gossip majorly bad not good at all and one time a teacher left a student in gym and I have even seen a bus driver leave a student at the school that was about a year ago. What made me leave was because i got tired of it of all the BS all the turnovers everything it was bad i just walked out and never went back the office staff acts like your best friend when your hired and bam in a week or two if they dont like you they find a reason to fire you i seen them fire many ppl with just one day on job its sad and they wonder why children always bad and dont listen cause they dont have stable teachers
HATE IT!!!! OFFICE STAFF DOES NOTHING BUT GOSSIP AND TALK ABOUT PEOPLE BEHIND THEIR BACKS THEY GAVE MY CHILD THE WRONG MEDICINE ONCE. IF YOU DONT HAVE MONEY THEY SHUN YOU LIKE YOUR AN OUTCAST I TOOK MY CHILD OUT AFTER 6MTHS WHICH WAS WHEN THEY GAVE MY CHILD WRONG MEDS
The teachers are good , but they have a high turnover rate. The office staff does nothing but bad mouth each other. They call themselves Christians , but they are not even close. I do not recommend them at all.
I am not pleased with this school anymore. My daughter has had 4 AM teachers since she started in September. The turnover is ridiculous. She has been going there for 4 months and is now to the point where she is bawling when I drop her off in the mornings again. This stopped after a month or so from her start date. I have learned that there is a lot of gossip that takes places among employees/staff and this is not the sort of behavior I would expect from a "Christian" child care facility. I will be removing my daughter from this school for the fall semester this year.
I would ABSOLUTELY not recommend this school. My child went there and I was VERY unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism of the staff. The director obviously does not know how to run her facility. My daughter was not well taken care of and every day when I picked her up something had happened. It was ABSOLUTELY pitiful. I would not recommend a loving parent to send their child to this facility.
I do NOT recommend this school to any parent. I read the earlier reviews and decided part of it was just politics between prior employees and the director, however after having my children there that is not the case. I had my infant there for 5 days total (2 weeks including the week he had strep), he started out in crawler class at 6 months old, I took the time to help transition him so I could return to work knowing he was familiar and comfortable with his new environment. 2 days into it they called me and wanted to move him to the baby room because they had someone else that was more mobile. Once there he was put to sleep in a boppy, that was not mine, nor did I agree to that. They also gave him baby orajel that was not mine, and I did not consent to this, at that point I removed him. **Note here, he wasn't even teething!!!** My 3 year old attended for a total of 3.5 months, in that time she came home with major bad habits, deep bruises, and overall bad behavior that was not normal for my child. The teacher was excellent, but just had too many kids to do her job well.
not happy at this place. my daughter has been there 4 months and it is horrible!! trying to get info on anything they do is like a treasure hunt and why do we pay so much in tuition if we still have to pay for all field trips and guests to the center? i have never had to do this at other child care facilities. very sad because it looked so good from the outside. there is no communication between staff members to each other and parents. no one there has a clue.
The people in charge honestly have no idea what they are doing!!! They think calling themselves a "Christian" center should be enough said, but they simply do NOT know how to run the place efficiently. I would NEVER let my child go here again. I feel their safety is greatly at risk here!!!
The teachers are all nice, and friendly. The school is always tidy, and clean. It's in a great location.
My child is in the nursery at Cypress Run and we love it! The Staff here is very friendly and inviting. They call to check on us when we are not there and as a parent that shows me that they are concerned about the well being of my child. I would not put my child anywhere else.
