Melrose Daycare seems like a good place at shallow glance. My child came home one day with scratches all over his face and neck. He said another kid at the daycare scratched him. I reported this to the owner. The owner said they were aware of the kids aggression and were working with the kid's guardian on it. She still didn't acknowledge that it was a problem no student there told me about it. I say student because the "teachers" are not teachers. Most are college students who may as well be a bunch of roudy high school students. They were disrespectful and uncommunicative every day I'd come to pick him up and if they said anything at all it was very short and negative. One evening my son told me the kid hitting him was also hitting his friends. Taking him to school the next day the owner said my child was the problem because he was standing up to this bully. When I picked him up from school Dana-an immature end of the day staff member attacked me verbally. Telling me I should have never been a parent. Telling me that my child is difficult, and apparently she wants only easy children to watch. This daycare was verbally abusive and apparently allows anything to go on.
