I have had all of my children at this daycare. I have been very pleased with the service they provide. Any concerns I have had are addressed to the best of their ability. I have and would recommend parents to send their children there. My experience with the preschool program was excellent last year, better than the local elementary. I read a previous comment that the daycare providers have their cell phones out at all times, I have not witnessed that. In actuality, there was previously a rule that they could not have cellphones out during the workday?? I do agree that the food could be healthier... but that means day care costs go up. Some parents find this to be more important than others. Maybe the school could ask for parents input on a routine basis about concerns to help?

Horrible cover ups of how the DAYCARE really follows state guidelines when the reviewers are not around. The staff goes right back to unclean and unsafe habits when surveyers are gone. Poorly staffed. Staff is too young and untrained. This Daycare groups many children at a time in a large room with one staff member. These groups are too large of a group of kids with no staff paying any attention. There are injuries after injuries after incident reports or sometimes no incident reports. The staff all groups together outside with the little ones and never sees injuries happen. With the big kids the staff never leaves the swings or interacts with the kids or sees injuries. They all talk to each other (staff to staff) or look with head down at their cell phones. Some forget to put sunscreen on the kids. They are now asking for supplies and snacks. What is the tuition for? The fees have increased significantly. The food very very poor in nutrition. Especially the snacks. They surely do Not follow any guidelines for food nutrition. They are all with their heads face down in a cell phone. Young children wandering the halls. The former cook is now an assistant director and never knows the answer to anything you ask. She never wants to make anyone mad so she does not address serious issues that go unreported. The daycare is extremely unclean that staff and children are always sick. There have been several cases of unreported rotovirus. After the surveyors leave they go back to uncKean and unsafe habits. The door up to the balcony os always open so any child can wander up there. Staff is always yelling at children and threatening them. Even the very young toddlers. The toddlers are left to cry as punishment. THIS DAYCARE IS SO LOUD, that even the children complain. Some of the staff are in a conflict of interest with the church board of directors who don't really know what goes on. The director is overwhelmed and brings her son to home school him at the same time she is supposed to be director

This school is nice if your child will behave in a large setting and follow directions. There are many shake ups with the staff and the asst director likes to yell. Be prepared. The director is nice but overwhelmed and there are several staff members that are just meant to be with kids. The infant teacher is great!
