Edgewood Early Childhood Center

EECC has great teachers (my son also had Ms. Kim and Ms. Heather). BUT don't expect your kid to learn anything. It's a PLAY school not a preschool. The parents (for the most part) are full of cliques. It's amazing how that happens in play school already. My son went here a full school year and really learned nothing, they play, make crafts and that's it. Which is ok if thats what you want, i wanted him to prepare for real school. For pre-k I moved him to a different school and I am amazed at how much he has learned already.

My son loves this place. Mrs. Kim and Mrs.Heather are awesome! He has never been to daycare so he was a little scared and they were very helpful. I feel comfortable leaving him there.

I believe that the review listed is a reflection of Edgewood Primary School and not EECC. EECC is a PRE-SCHOOL and is very small and cliquish. They are not welcoming of outsiders and you may have trouble with the people there if you are not a native. I do not recommend EECC but have heard wonderful things about the primary school that Brittany appears to be speaking of.

this school is very nice. It has great teachers, great students,and parents can come visit their kids during lunch or anything. Though if students misbehave they are to disipline them. Now though this school is now Edgewood Intermediate and Edgewood Primary, the intermediate is grades 3-5 and the primary is k-2.
