Cummins Child Development Center1

This place is a joke. The attempt to lure you in with a fancy facility with plenty of toys and many t.v.'s that have nothing to do with the development of your child. Instead they focus on the children who have parents that are the most established in Cummins. The director, Kat, is amazing. That is the one great thing I can say about this place. However, the rest of the management is rude and unqualified to have the position they hold. What amazes me the most is that they would allow's Kat's daughter to be the next person in line when she clearly not the educated and worthy assessor to the position. The place is slowly going down hill, with a very high turn over rate of their staff. Proving what I mentioned earlier of the management being rude. If they are this rude to parents just imagine how they are to their employees. All in all if you do well in Cummins than this is the place for you. If you are a middle class family saving your money to give your child the best early education possible, I would advise looking else where. This is not the place for you.
On the Negative Side: High staff turn over. Parent concerns almost never acted on. Management very difficult to work with. On the Positive Side: Great Facility. Some classes have good teachers. Follows the company's holiday schedule.
Great teachers, but poorly run. Has the potential to be 5 star quality school, but the management staff needs to be replaced. They are disrespectful to both teachers and parents. Don't bother to voice your concerns either. Nothing changes at this school...except the teachers, of course!
