Peter Rabbit Day Care Center5

My second grader attended two years of preschool at Peter Rabbit. He had such a great experience there that we enrolled his younger sister and she's finishing her second year there. They really do a lot to prepare the kids for grade school without the kids knowing they're being prepared for grade school! There is an introduction to Spanish (which is unfortunately, no longer continued in the public elementary schools), there's creativity in their projects, math, and plenty of pre-reading work. Plus, you receive assessments throughout the year and know where your child is excelling and where he/she needs more practice/development, both academically and socially. The teachers are mainstays, which is wonderful for the kids at this age; we had been to previous centers where we had to deal with staff turnover, which is so hard for 2, 3, 4 yr olds. More than pleased with Peter Rabbit and the quality of the 'classroom' more than justifies the cost for us.
