We as a family were really lucky to find Poko Loko! My son still attends their summer camp even he is in school now.

The care that my child recieves at Poko Loko is priceless. Her teachers are very caring and sensitive to her needs. I am always informed of how well her day went or if something was bothering her. They schedule many educational field trips that my daughter enjoys. They also have an amazing playground and have recently undergone many renovations. I have found the the directors at Poko Loko to be very professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. Jennifer and Cory are very halpful and accomodating to me whenever I have needed anything. I would reccomend this school to anyone- your child will be in a great environment here!

Understaffe, bad teacher/child ratio, some teachers come in sick. Horrible management, rude staff. This place is unacceptable. I don't know how they got a license.

This is the worst day care center my daughter has ever been in. I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff is rude to the parents and they do not speak appropriately to the children. They do not tend to the children, they are often running around crazy, crying and ignored. My child comes home very hungry every day. My child's snack is often two crackers or a quarter of an apple or two cookies and a small glass of juice. It is ridiculous. I could hire a high school student to do what this center does with my child. I'm sorry my child ever attended here. Look for another center!

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

What is the GreatSchools Rating?

The GreatSchools rating is a simple tool for parents to compare schools based on test scores, student academic growth, and college readiness. It compares schools across the state, where the highest rated schools in the state are designated as “Above Average” and the lowest “Below Average.” It is designed to be a starting point to help parents make baseline comparisons. We always advise parents to visit the school and consider other information on school performance and programs, as well as consider their child's and family's needs as part of the school selection process.
