This school chain is a FOR PROFIT DAYCARE where desicions are simply giuded by money. Kids are dirty, nobody has the time to wash their hands or wipe their face, therefore kids are sick often. The classes are overcrowded, staffed to meet minimul state requirements. Poor teacher atitude, can't blame them for being overworked but always screaming at the kids. Not great when you see your child's teacher smoking outside! The director sounds sweet but ineffective at her job. There were days when an entire class of toddlers would go hungry on certain days because of bad meals but the corporate headquater never bothered to change those menu items. I regret having sent my child here as long as I did.
My daughter loves her class, teacher, and center director. The children are well cared for, engaged in curriculum, and staff goes the extra mile to make families feel welcomed and informed on their child's progress. Our teacher even mailed home some work to our family pointing out how well my daughter was doing and provided very specific feedback about what she felt were my daughter's strengths. This not only stood out to me as someone who really knew my child, but someone who goes out of her way to let me know that she not only is competent, but truly cares for my daughter.
My children have gone to this school since they were 6 weeks old. I love the warmth the teachers give and the learning experience. The school gives children every opportunity to grow and develop. I love this school and the teachers! Overall satisfied with this center.
