We have had 3 graduates of Christ Lutheran, and one current student and all of them have loved it! Whenever my 2nd grader has a day off school she wants to go back to Christ Lutheran to spend it with Mrs. Dame! This school offers everything: socialization with peers, Bible stories, lots of arts, crafts and music, field trips, playground and bike room, and great parent support as well. The best part is that the teachers there genuinely love the children! They go out of their way to make the children (and parents!) feel loved, accepted and supported.
Our oldest went to Christ Lutheran as a 4 year old, and we have enrolled our youngest this year. We have been very pleased with the care and expertise of the teaching staff and especially appreciate the teacher's obvious love for the kids and for what she does.
Christ Lutheran Learning Center is truly a Christ Centered Center! The classes are small enough that children have one on one attention and the staff is wonderfully attentive. Children have "typical" preschool activites and Jesus Time where they hears stories and sings songs about Jesus love for them. It is truly a wonderful foundation for children to have this type of learning enviroment!!!! My daughter had some seperation issues and the teachers took her into their arms and comforted her and I was comforted by this affection for my daughter! When she comes home she talks about school for 2 hours!!!
We have sent both of our children to CLLC an LOVE IT! It is a loving, welcoming environment that has nurtured our kids' hearts. They love going to school, and being a part of all the ever-changing activities. Both learned so much about God and Jesus during "Jesus Time", and we are so thankful for the help in building that foundation in their lives. In our community, there is a lot of focus and stress on getting in "the right preschool". CLLC is a hidden gem! No waiting list, won't break your budget, good preparation for kindergarten, and much love, prayer, and care given to both your child and your family. Mrs. Dame has taught and parented for decades. She has been gifted with the ability to relate to kids in a unique and loving way. Our youngest child asked me the name of my preschool teacher, and I couldn't remember. I'm sure, though, that in 30+ years, we will all still fondly remember Mrs. Dame!
