I am a parent of a child that goes to here I am very happy with the care that my child is given. All of the staff goes out of thier way to ensure the care and educcation that they provide for all the children. This makes me feel at ease when I leave my child here when I go to work.

I am a parent of a child who attends Nazarene. In fact, my first child went there through kindergarten and now my second child attends. Besides being a parent, I have also been in the education field for about 24 years now encompassing being a teacher, Dean, a director of a special needs program and a principal. Now if I wasn't happy with Nazarene, you think I would have had my child stay through kindergarten and then send my second child there, too? It's nice to know that if I get detained at my school and can't get there to pick up my child on time, I know he's safe, taken care of, and with staff that care for him. And by the way, times are tough all over. There are teachers being RIF'ed left and right, pay cuts and freezes a norm.

My child has spent some time at this school and we have been happy with the staff and environment. They genuinely care for the children and I have always been notified with any accidents or problems that have occured. It saddens me that the teachers are having to take pay cuts to keep the doors open, but for many establishments this is a reality and last resort. I have recommended friends to bring their children there and will continue to do so. I do hope that the teachers that my child has had remain loyal and see this through. I hope this school remains open for years to come so other families can receive the same care our family has had.

I am a current teacher and I feel saddened by the teacher that feels the need to go on websites and complain about their job and paycuts instead of trying to help out our school. The economy is bad everywhere and paycuts were needed to help keep our school open, and if you are not able to see that then I suggest you look somewhere else for a job. Yes paycuts are hard on everyone but looking at the overall picture we should be glad to have a job when there are so many unemployed workers in our country. As for cleaning, most centers DO NOT have a full-time cleaning staff and it is your job to keep a clean room. I am proud to recommend our school: it is a safe, clean, and loving learning environment that we should be proud of!!

I have worked at Nazarene Nursery school for several years. the Christian curriculm is excellent and has kept me woking here for several years! It not only teaches the children "the basics" but goes beyond and challenges them to learn more. Yes there has been pay cuts. Yes, the cleaning crew has been cut. However, it has not affected the way I teach or how clean my room is. I would reccomend this shcool to any parents looking got a loving Christian envrionment in which loyal teachers go beyond their "call of duty" to keep families happy.

Nazarene nursery school can't afford good teachers. While the facilities and church look like a place that cares for the children their bottom line is money. Teachers there are generally paid just above minimum wage for a very important job. The church pastor has no interaction with the children and it is obvious his focus is on the church rather than the families that the pre-school is meant to serve. Recently tuition was raised yet a salary decrease of 10% was imposed on the staff as well as decreasing the cleaning staff down to three rather than six times a week. How can a healthy environment be provided when cleanliness and teachers are not the priority? Good questions for parents to ask when considering this school for their childrens early education.

This school is great. I have had problems with child care facilities in the past. This one has not had any problems and both of my children are happy there.

This is a very unorganized daycare/school that doesn't follow that uses high school students for child care fill-in teachers. The facility is great large classrooms and a gym, however our toddler consistantly had accidents (without any phone calls to us)and sent home dirty. I was however pleased with the infant care.
