Feeding school for Uni high, and prepare students for high school very well. Focus on language, art, and music. Great facility. Recent improvement is to have boy basketball team for a couple of years, and training seems more and more seriously. Math is also improved, math counts club starts in 2011. Currently, NGS is style of Ivy League instead of CIT; hope NGS could be style of Stanford in the future.

My son started attending when the school opened its doors. He had a horrible experience in public schools where his love of learning was a hinderance to the system. At Next Generation his curiosity was celebrated and his love of arts, science, literature, and languages was fostered. He was allowed to develop at his rate. I often say that Next Generation "saved" my child and I truly believe it to be true. He currently attends a "public elite" high school. I'm fairly certain he wouldn't be there if we had not found Next Generation.

My son started at NGS the first year it was opened. Cming froma public school where he spent the year drawing Superman & elevator doors because the teacher had a difficult child to deal w/ daily- NGS challenged, encouraged, & loved him beyond my wildest dreams. I am an elementary teacher, & would love to work at NGS- but the teachers work harder/longer than I can right now. My son always felt he could- & he is as a freshman at a highly selective public school. I truly don't believe he would be at Uni if it weren't for NGS. We still stop by, visit, encourage others to visit. I have sent students there, & asked colleagues to apply to teach. The staff is supportive, creative, thoughtful, & there truly is a spirit of loving your whole family. The director is open to families' ideas, & the facilities are incredible. Harps, Lego Robotics, irish dancing, PE teachers, science lab, computers, terrific literature, writing, field trips, & a desire to let kids have a say in their learning. Worth the cost- priceless education.

Next Generation has intense curriculum. The children are busy but they enjoy the learning. I'm impressed with the children's singing in spanish when I first visited the school.
