Very unprofessional and disorganized. Only a few teachers in the entire buildings are teacher certified. The curriculum is not up to common core standard. There is a reason they are the cheapest facility in town, do not send your kids here if you believe head start will strengthen academic skill set. Simply out Kids 1st is an glorified babysitter, not an educational institution.

My daughter attended this daycare for 2.5 years and my son on school breaks. I never had a complaint or issue. They abruptly changed directors, under the new director I have had nothing but fear and distress about taking my kids there. The final straw was when they lost a 6 yr old child, he walked out of the building. They tried to hide it, didn't tell other parents about it. I tired to talk to them about the steps being taken to ensure the safety of the children to make sure it didn't happen again, I was told that it would be best not to bring my children back. While some of the staff is very caring, others simply view it as a semester job. They do not have teacher certified staff in the classrooms at all times, sometimes its just the assistance, they have been out of numbers during the am/pm pickup/drop off times. They refused to assist my 3 yr old in cleaning herself after using the restroom. The director will tell you what you want to her but never follow through on her word. If a new director was appointed this daycare could redeem it's self but not currently.

This is a fabulous child care facility; the kids are loved and extremely well cared for. The teachers really care about each of the children. We have had three children begin as infants and continue through until they went to elementary school. They have all really enjoyed going there and have really strong bonds with all of their teachers and friends. Our kids have been well prepared for Kindergarten by the teachers and curriculum taught at Kids 1st. We are so blessed to have found this amazing facility!!

kids 1st is a great daycare. i have worked there for 4 years and i have really enjoyed working there. the teachers are well educated, very loving and very caring individuals. kids 1st encourages parent involvement and respects the opinions of their parents. if i had children of my own i would definitely enroll them in kids 1st. i would recommend kids 1st to anyone looking for child care.

if your kid has any special needs, or emotional or behavior issues that just need a little guidance, don't take them here!!!

This school will not only meet your expectations but exceed them. The teachers and the staff are of high moral standards. They love the children and go above and beyond to help them grow as individuals. The administration team is very involved in maintaining a high quality program. You will not be sorry.

Kids First has good and bad points. Since it is a Christian school, it does teach Bible verses and songs to the children. However, since it is a Christian School, I believe the teachers and administration should be held to higher moral values. There are some teachers that are very nurturing and dedicated to the kids. My children have had some great experiences with their teachers. Some teachers and the administration are not as professional as they should be.
