Mrs. DeCarlo is a dedicated teacher who after many years of teaching still enjoys her students. My child has gotten a great foundation for her later years, she still uses those skills today and speaks of Mrs. DeCarlo highly. I wish Mrs. De Carlo would have taught past kindergarten because my daughter would still be in her wonderful school if that were the case.
