As a former teacher at this school I can attest to the fact that a majority of the teachers are unhappy, as evidenced by the high turnover and loss of 8 teachers in recent months. Parents are referred to as " customers" by management instead of simply " parents of our students" because it's run as a business and not a school. Children with special needs are kept at the detriment to other children as long as they are a " paying customer." Staff is not treated equally as some teachers are allowed to arrive 20 minutes late to work daily, inconveniencing other teachers and compromising learning while other teachers are criticized by management when a child gets a drop of paint on the floor or worse...his or her shirt. If you're looking for overpriced daycare this may be the place for you. If you're looking for a quality school for your child I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Primrose has been a very warm and inviting school experience for our family and we absolutely adore the staff, especially the Director, Ruthann. She has been so helpful with every aspect of our experience at Primrose. With every question, to every request. She has been committed to finding the answers for us and has always made every effort to accommodate. She is such a warm and caring person, inside and out! Always so full of joy and enthusiasm and brightens our day every morning. I have appreciated how the staff truly care about your child and have been impressed that no matter which teacher or staff member you encounter in the hallway with your child, they know your child s name when you are greeted. We have never felt this way about any school/daycare we've had our children attend, and for that, we truly thank them from the bottom of our hearts!

I cannot say enough positive things about this school! They have treated us like family from the first moment we walked through the door. They take the time to know my children and are more than willing to work with us regarding any special requests or needs. The director is lke a second mother to my children and they always greet each other with a big hug. She is one of the most patient and loving people I have ever encountered. The owners are equally loving and nurturing. Most importantly, the teachers we have had thus far have all been AMAZING.I feel confident that the teachers & school staff REALLY know my children and give them the best care possible. My son has been enrolled for a year and is proud to all primrose home.He loves his friends, his teachers, and all of the staff members he interacts with daily. He has matured SO much in his time there and continues to grow & thrive in their setting. My daughter has been enrolled for 6 months in their infant classroom and she has never once cried at the drop off in the morning! Sometimes we joke that she loves her teachers more than us!We feel safe, loved&truly believe you get what you pay for.It holds a special place in our hearts!

My 2 children have been attending daycare/school since before they were 1 years old each. We have been fortunate to have met a Director who has treated us like family since Day One. I immediately felt a warmth from her and all of her teachers for us and my children. She is a well known and highly respected member of the community that her school serves. When I meet parents whose older children once attended this Director's schools, they sing her praise and go on to brag on how great their kids turned out to be. The lesson plans stretch my children's minds. My children are smart, funny, and well-rounded. My children consistently test higher than other children because of the amazing work, dedication, and passion her teachers have for learning. Our children greet all their teachers happily, giving hugs and high fives. I'm kept abreast each week of my children's progress by their teachers. Everyone who works there was picked by the Director and I trust her to bring in only the best, brightest, and most caring people to be with my children. We are thrilled to be part of the Primrose family and will forever call them family.

As a former parent at this school I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The director neglects to address parent concerns--she will always say "I will get back to you on that" but never gets back to you. She is never direct in what she says. Most of the teachers are great, some treat the students unfairly, so it is very hit or miss what kind of personality you will get. If you want to over pay for a less than mediocre "curriculum" then please put your children here. If you are looking for your children to be well cared for please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
