If you love your prince or princess DO NOT ENROLL THEM HERE!!!!! I repeat DO NOT ENROLL THEM IN THIS RATCHET ESTABLISHMENT and I say ratchet for a lack of better words. No other word comes to mind that could fully explain this place. 3 weeks in my princess was still crying every time she was dropped off and her once happy and bubbly personality completely changed. I picked her up one day and as I was buckling her in her seat I noticed dried blood in her nose along with a scratch. So of course I go back in to find out what happened. NO ONE KNOWS!!!! The director tells me to ask the teacher and the teacher looks completely dumbfounded saying "Oh she was playing by the cabinets and started crying and I didn't know why" REALLY?!?! Am I not paying you to take care of her while I am at work??? Isn't it your job to know what happened???? I HAD TO TAKE HER OUT!!! In addition to that, some of the staff is rude, the rooms have a foul smell and are gloomy. ALL IN ALL THERE ARE MUCH BETTER DAY CARES IN THE AREA!!!! I just found one not too far that is much cleaner, staff is friendlier, and my princess loves hasn't cried not one day. CHOOSE WISELY!!!

My 3y/o has been attending this center for a few months now, in the mornings they dont want to come, but in the afternoons they dont want to leave. They said they like the late afternoon teacher but not the morning teacher. I'm not happy with how dark and dirty and disorganized the room is. The place needs some tidying up and staff training.

This place was NOT happy sunshine and rainbows for my child. My child attended this place for a very short time because of what my child told me about this place. It was not a good experience for my child or educational. All of the good reviews on this place must be from the very unprofessional staff members. If I could select zero stars, I would!

Upon reading the first negative review and reading the "Teacher's rebuttal" I doubt I will be coming to look at this school. Seems the teacher needs to go back to school or at least spell check her post before submitting. Now that I am reading another bad review which was recent, It sealed my decision. My advice is to take the "disgruntled" as you call it review and make upgrades and revisions. Everyone cannot be "wrong." Thank you

The first negative review was either posted by a disgrantled employee or a parent that is under collection. We are not perfect and there is always room for improvement. I like to address some of the complaints. Children in most centers watch educational videos during the transicion period of dropping or picking up because there is too much traffic to carry on an activity. In the mornings are also eating breakfast before 8 a.m. Children are never allowed to eat on or off the floor regardless of their age. They are served generous portions of food. Teachers might be chatting with other parents but never allowing the children out of control. Our gym is a wonderful place where children can ran around and do not have to be in the cold or hot weather. Stephanie is the greatest person in the world and teachers only eat during meals time with their children. Come a visit us. We have an open door policy. No appointments necessary to check out center.

This center over uses the concept of timeout for toddlers. The fact that the children are always watching TV in the early AM and in the PM indicates that teachers are not engaging the students adequately. There is a stinch of old urine in the rooms with carpet and the gym is too dark. I watched children play with their snack crackers on the floor and eat them off the floor and the teachers were sitting chatting while the kids were obviously out of control. The front staff in the AM, NEVER speaks to the kids when they come in and say good morning. It is potential but needs serious upgrades. Teachers should not be eating while teaching in the classroom.
