Horrible Horrible experience, stay away at all cost. The Alpharetta and the Roswell North schools are both ran by the same owner!!!! Just give them your money$$$ and do not dare to ask any questions. If you do that is when we ll see their true colors and unprofessionalism. The owner only sees $$$ and could care less about the well being of your child. No grievance policy and you will not be able to get a hold of anyone if anything happens. Both schools are franchised and the upper management could care less and will not respond to your needs, emails and phone calls. I am telling this from experience. Getting a lawyer is the only way to deal with these people. Horrible, Horrible experience. Stay away at all cost.
Our son has been going to this Primrose since he was 3 months old. We just had pre-registration and are signing him up for their Private Pre-K program (SACS Accredited). We could not be happier with everything about this place. Everyone is just On It when it comes to cleanliness, nurturing and education (my son was teaching ME sign language at 9 months old!). All of this coupled with a low turn-over rate makes this the perfect place for any caring parent to enroll their child.
