We have been so pleased with the teachers we have had a Bright Beginnings! Our daughter had emotional needs that could have been frustrating to some teachers, but not to the ones we have experienced at Bright Beginnings! The time they spent on her, the love and care she received, and the communication have exceeded our expectations! I love the Spiritual foundation and learning that has taken place as well. My only "complaints" with the school have been the lack of academic push in the area of reading, and the amount of days that school is cancelled. I know they follow Walton Co. Schools calendar, but instead of using those days off for parents conferences and staff development, they cancel additional days for those types of things.
Very sweet preschool! They may not win any academic awards, but they have loving teachers and administrators who really get to know your child and do a great job with religious education. The extreme religious focus can be a little off-putting to those who aren't quite as conservative, but they did a wonderful job with it and never acted the least bit self-righteous. Every teacher we had seemed to genuinely love children and tried hard to be very communicative with parents. It was the perfect environment for my little boy. Highly recommend it!
Awesome school, wonderful teachers and staff. Our children THRIVED here. So thankful for the experience and foundation. GREAT PRESCHOOL!
My son went through all 5 years at the school and is now doing great in public school. He received such a strong foundation academically, socially and spiritually. My daughter is there now and loves it!
This preschool is outstanding. I have 2 children in the program and i couldn't imagine life without this school. The school is accredited and the teachers excel in their ability to reach the students. I have seen them modify something they are doing to reach other kids and the love you feel from the staff is undeniable. I will forever be thankful our family found this preschool and recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome education and Christian foundation for your preschooler.
I had my older son go through Kindergarten here, and my daughter began in their youngest program (Wee Learn) and is still a student. I love the teachers, who all truly love the children the work with. They are accredited and they really focus on the teachers and staff receiving extra training. The office staff and the Board Members are constantly visible, and know most of the children by name. My family has had to go through some difficult personal issues (divorce and hospital stays) and they have always worked with us to make sure everyone felt taken care of and communicated with. I cannot say enough good things about this school. Yes, they expect a lot from the parents, but they give so much back to the children. I pass over 20 preschools on the drive from my home to this school, and there's not another place I would put my child.
My son started preschool last fall at Bright Beginnings. I was nervous about sending him as he'd never been. Everyone at the school from teachers, parents & administration were very welcoming & always ready to answer questions. My son loves going to school and has learned so much! We're very much looking forward to the new year starting soon!
The teachers are great but the administration was lacking in so many areas. If your child is not perfect then they will not want your child and they will do all that they can to make you feel and seem like a horrible parent. And there are many of us that were basically asked to leave because of something the administration did wrong and would not own up to it.
Fabulous School. My son has learned so much in 2 years. He is 4 years old and reading quite well, even correcting his 1st grade friends who attend other schools.
