Morningside Cwe

My son and daughter both attended Morningside CWE during the 2010-11 school year. This is the first year for the new director. I was very happy with the new director and the changes made to the program. My son was in the K-4 class and my daughter was in the Wee 3 class. They both learned a lot and loved going there. I think it is a great program and extremely affordable.

My daughter had never been in a school setting, and fortunately they expanded the program to 5 days for 3hrs per day with an option to bring your child early. The director is new this school year and we have thoroughly enjoyed her and our daughter's teacher. They use the Abeka curriculum...my daughter is in the 3/4 yr old class and absolutely loves it!! its great for kids who need an introduction to a school setting prior to going to pre-k....

Two of my children have gone to Morningside Church Weekday Education. While it is a good place for children to be introduced to a school-like setting, they do not 'teach' very much. It is more like a day care with lots of play. My children attended the three-ear old classes which go for three days a week for 4 hours a day. You pack your own snack. A bit overpriced and they raise the price every year.
