When my daughter attended KinderCare (only went for 3weeks) the toddler teacher for older ones would constantly change everyday. Because of constant teacher changing they can't follow simple instruction - giving her the milk that I brought from home and not school (they give hershey's shelf stable milk-which tasted funny to me). Whenever I pick her up her milk is untouched and they give her shool milk. Their excuse for different teachers was cause of spring breaks but even after the break teachers would change three times. During the spring breaks parents drop their kids at 8-8:30 n teacher didnt come in till 9:30. I had to stay till the teacher came. And they give out morning snack at 9:30 but one day i was there till after 10:30 no morning snack was given at 9:30 (cause there was no teacher) but when I picked her up later that day and saw the daily report it says she had morning snack at 9:30 when no snack was given.i believe in consistency especially with toddlers who is first time at daycare. N I question the person who watch the infant n toddlers if they have any assistant teacher experience.cause i heard certain school even Cambridge they hire nice janitor as a teacher.
