Precious People Learning Center

PPLC has been a great experience for my children and our family. The teachers are great, very deidcated and friendly the facility is top notch. When we moved to FL in 2011 we were welcomed into the PPLC family and have had nothng but a wonderful time while here. The progress my son has made during his time at PPLC is amazing. He loves to count and is even writing his name. We are going to miss everyone a great deal and I thank everyone for their dedication to teaching. I highly recommend PPLC to anyone who is looking for an exceptional school with a friendly and caring staff.

We had the opportunity to meet so many nice families while my daughters attended PPLC. The children learn, develop and have tons of fun and come home with great stories. The owner and staff greet you each morning always with a smile. The staff is very accessible and helpful. The communication is second to none. The teachers are fantastic and are all friendly. My daughters loved attending PPLC. They especially loved Jungle Bus, Water Days, Circus Day and Pajama Day. These are very special days and memories that my daughters will treasure forever.

My family has attended PPLC for the past 5 years and we have loved every minute of it. As a teacher myself, I was looking for a school that would not only provide a safe nurturing environment, but would also provide my children with a great educational foundation. PPLC provides all of those things and more! PPLC has a wonderful group of teachers who have loved my children like their own and continue to do so even now that my oldest is in 1st grade. My youngest loves going to school and comes home with interesting facts like "Pluto is a dwarf planet." I can't thank the staff enough for the guidance and support they have offered over the years. I am constantly receiving compliments about how well my children are behaved and I think that is in no small part due to the consistency and love they receive both at home and at school. Remember school doesn't start in Kindergarten anymore! Thank you to PPLC for everything!

We had the pleasure of having our four year-old twins attend PPLC this summer, and the experience with Miss Tammy, Miss Ashley and the rest of the staff was excellent. Education, safety, and a fun, nurturing environment are all priorities at PPLC. Our oldest child attended summer camp as well and enjoyed it very much.

My daughter has attended PPLC since the age of 2 and is now ending her final summer session and carrying on to Kindergarten. Being a very involved Dad I have attended the school on endless occasions for lunches, misc. interaction, and every PPLC theme day or special occasion that was offered ! During any of which times am pleased to see this GREAT school in operation. Director Barbra and assistant Connie are were ALWAYS eger to assist me in ANY needs, concerns, or desires that may need attention. Every teacher my daughter has encounter has been top notch in providing my daughter with the best care and education. SInce the entire duration at the school my daughter has learned SO much and am very confident she will be on the cutting edge starting Kindergarten. PPLC will most certainly be missed but NEVER forgotten as the perfect stepping stone for my daughter :)

My oldest son went to pplc for ten years and now my youngest will probably be there for the same. While looking for preschools when my oldest was 2, I probably visited about 15 different preschools from Dunedin to Palm Harbor. Pplc was the best. There was no doubt in my mind that he would go there and have a loving, safe, educational environment. I was right. Best decision ever made. Never a day went by that I worried or was concerned that my child was in good hands. I would highly recommend this school to any parent that wants the best for their child.

My children attend Precious People Learning Center in Palm Harbor, FL. In the 5 years attending this preschool my children have always been greeted with hugs by their teachers and every morning you are greeted with a smile and a "Hello, How you are doing?" Every teacher that my children have had I have loved and they have loved so much. When they had to move up to another teacher I would be sad and worry that the next teacher wouldn't be as great as the last but I was so wrong. Every teacher at the school is so loving and caring. My sons teacher in the one year old room really encouraged him to use his words. She talked to him everyday like he was actually saying words and pointed things out to him and told him what that was. She would get at their level. Every month they have a theme of the month and they learn so much about that theme. It can be space, insects, dinosaurs, etc. but no matter what it is they have so much fun and great activities planned for them. My oldest is in the VPK Program there and they have really got her prepared for Kindergarten. This school goes above and beyond and they take great pride in teaching the children and they love every minute of it!

My son attended PPLC during the end of VPK to Kindergarten transition. We all loved the school and the faculty. Barbara and Connie were great to see everyday and were very quick with any follow up to questions we had. Mrs. Grugen was awesome and made the days so much fun for learning and was really engaged with the children. They offer a great learning structure for the kids. I recommend this school to any parent I know looking for a quality learning experience for their child.

My son attended PPLC for a little over a year. We are a split family & we were going through some intense custody issues while enrolled in PPLC. The teaching staff, Barbra & Connie all helped my son through the rough time as well as encouraged me & were very consistent & helpful to work with him with anger-related issues. They are amazing at re-directing the children. His first day there, he was crying and carrying on like he had in his previous daycare center, the teacher said, "come on, let's go play baseball." The most amazing thing happened... he quit crying, forgot I was even there & ran off to play. PPLC communicates each activity of every day very affectively. Their stop-light formulary for behavior purposes was so helpful. In fact, its also used in the elementary school my son now attends & excels in. His teacher in elementary school repeatedly says that my son is already on a first grade education level, that was the first week of school & she applauded the amazing job well done @ PPLC in the VPK program. I am very proud of my son's accomplishments and improvements made while attending PPLC. I highly recommend them.
