Bright Imaginations is by far the best preschool around!! My daughter was 2 and my son was 8 months old when they started at Bright Imaginations. My daughter has since graduated their VPK program and my son is in the young 4's. I have never once had a problem with a teacher or staff member at this facility!! My kids love everyone there and look forward to going to school. They go over and beyond any other preschool I have looked into. The curriculum and what they teach is not even comparable. My kids have learned so much, including things as a parent would never even have thought of. The VPK program is like no other. My family and myself are still in shock at everything my daughter learned. She is whizzing through kindergarten and has been told she will be in the accelerated program and I have Bright Imaginations to thank for that. They have made learning such a fun experience for both of my kids!! I can not speak highly enough of this school and staff!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Bright Imaginations is a great school/daycare for any parent to have their children. The director, teachers and staff are great with all the children. My two sons have learn many valuable lessons in this great school/daycare. They are always fostering to the children a great learning experience including values and responsibility. In terms of safety, they are always protecting the kids and making sure they are on a safe place. It has been the best experience since we relocate to Florida. I am thankful and proud to have my kids at Bright Imaginations. I know that when I leave them they are taken care by a great staff of people who care genuinely for them. Seeing my children happiness at the end of the day is PRICELESS!!! BEST SCHOOL/DAYCARE EVER for KIDS SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! A+++

This is by far the best preschool in Lakeland! The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. When it comes to quality of education they exceeded every expectation I had. My child was excepted into the kindergarten STEM program and they made sure she was not only ready for the test but made sure she passed it as well. As a parent I feel truly blessed to not only have found this school, but I feel be blessed to have had these wonderful people in our lives. I would and do recommend this school to everyone. This is a quality school with quality teachers!

This has been a terrible experience. I am concerned about my son's safety while under their care. We have been there less than two months. I would not recommend their staff to any parent. There have been several unnecessary encounters with the director. When I ask valid questions about my child's behavior, learning, etc. They are very confrontational. I do not feel comfortable meeting with them alone. Other parents have voiced the same concern to me in the parking lot. He will not return. My son got hurt while in their care and I received no report even after I made an inquiry. Instead, they demanding, yes, demanding in phone messages that I attend a conference or he cannot attend school. This message was left after I sent in a two week notice letter as required in their procedure. Why would I attend a conference for a place I am not allowing my child to attend anyhow? Very bad practice as a business and a child care center.

I called 3 days in a raw to get their EIN number for my taxes. Manager told me that she is going to email it to me, because she is not allowed to give it over the phone. Three days later and 5-6 calls back I still don t have it. My son attended this day care and every time I drove him there he cried and didn t want to go inside. I thought that he just doesn t want to be separated with his mom, but it was not the case with other daycare that I took him later. I was going through the divorce and had custody evaluation scheduled by the court. Licensed custody evaluator was supposed to go to this specific day care and observe my son. This day care didn t allow her to get inside to observe my son for court purpose I accidently locked my car once right in front of this day care (early in the morning) and Manager (Lori) of this day care didn t allow me to go and spent time with my son in his classroom, therefore I had to spend 40 minutes in hallway and no one even offered me a chair. They gave me ridiculous excuse that it wouldn t be good for my child s behavior if I would go and spend time with him in the class until I wait for the smithlock to come and open my car.

My family relocated from Australia to Lakeland and both our girls had the pleasure of attending Bright Imaginations - nothing in Australia can compare to the fabulous teachers, curriculum, loving environment they had at BI. Fantastic - can't recommend highly enough. EXCELLENT!!

My son went here for 3 years and just recently graduated from VPK. They foster a great learning environment. My son came home knowing things that we as parents wouldn't have dreamed to even introduce him to at such a young age. The teachers are genuine and caring and everyone treats your child like they are their own. I would highly recommend this school to EVERY parent.

I have had a wonderful experience with Bright Imaginations. I had to return to work after having my son, and they made this transition so much easier for me. I know my son is being left with a group of very caring people. He has been going for about 6 months now (he is 8 months), and smiles everytime he arrives - and is always happy and very content when I come get him in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend!
