The Friendship School

Overall an all-around great school. The teachers that I have encountered are amazingly patient, the facilities are top notch, and there is a happy and friendly vibe. My daughter loves this school and she has made great progress this year. If your child is lucky enough to be selected in the lottery admission, the decision to enroll should be a no-brainer.

My son has been at the school for 5 months and we have had numerous problems. The teacher has very little patience and was very rude to me when I called concerned about my son, the nurse called and said he was bitten on the head by another student and that he was bleeding and had a bump. My son's clothing has gone missing and both the teacher and two assistants have no idea where they went. I came into the classroom to pick up my son and was disturbed by what I saw, child sleeping on the table, special needs student falling to the floor and ad yelling at her to STOP IT. Weekly newsletter 4 weeks late as a result we were not involved in school activities. His two special ed teachers are amazing but the classroom teacher and assistant need training. My son will finish the year there but I'm in the process of finding him a better pre-school.

My daughter loves school. The Friendship School staff is great. They really work with the parents to better help the students. We have had such a great expierence here that we are sad this is our last year.
