My child was very happy during her time at the MCFEL. During her time there she thrived. Very safe environment - clean classrooms and bathrooms.No outbreaks of sickness. Discipline is enforced and some parents have a problem with this but i thought it was great. Children are thought to be respectful of others. At 6 years my child knew decimels, addition, subtraction, value of quantity, read, write and how to look up a dictionary. tuition is reasonable by Fairfield County terms. Environment is calm and peaceful and children get to work and progress at their own pace. Field trips 3 times a year classical music is class. Monthly trip to elders home which i loved. Directress is nurturing and kids love her she is somewhat misunderstood for her discipline but montesoori is not for every parent. parents not burdened with unnecessary fundraising. Ms Longo -asst is a gem! Stick by the rules and you will have a great experience!
