Don not send your child here until you call 211 and get a very long list of complaints and violations from their Naugatuck location, which was shut down by the state, they are all the same owner, who doesnt reside in connecticut. Please dont make the same mistake I did....
I had my son enrolled at Rainbowland for the past year and a half. I cannot deny that the teachers are really great. However there was a good amount of turnover at one point but it seems to have slowed down. The reason I pulled my son was because of a complete lack of customer service. The owner does not have an ounce of empathy and will not provide any type of satisfactory customer service. The owner is dishonest and unethical and I am extremely glad I pulled my son when I did
High turnover of teachers. Every time you turn, there is a new person taking care of your kid. One steady person in the baby room was great but we were concerned what would happen after our son moves out of baby room. It looked like a complete chaos. We were not able to reach director at all, whenever we called. Situation may be different now, but based on our experience from 2008, not good enough.
