Personally I think that the ThreeRivers location is better than Otrobando. However, Otrobando is the only location that participates in the School Readiness program, which lowers the cost of care based on your income. The teachers at Otrobando for preschool are rude and dont watch the children closely. My child has been hit by someone and I can assure you, the hand mark was too large for a child to have been the aggressor. I'm very unhappy and the faculty refuse to speak with me and most times avoid eye contact. They have let unauthorized people pick up my child and my son is terrified to return there. Also, they dont know how to run the billing dept. I was being charged for other children and it took almost 2 months for them to fix it. NOT A HAPPY PARENT!
