Little Feet Child Care Center

After receiving an invoice that was incorrect I brought it to the owner s attention and she stated that is was correct stating "I just put the numbers into the computer and that's what it tells me", a little put off, I went home and thoroughly looked over the invoice and a previous invoice realizing I was charged multiple times for a number of days. The following day I contacted the owner over the phone to explain the discrepancies in the previous invoice and the invoice she had given me the day before. After twenty minutes of trying to explain to her what happened she stated "This is why I don't like to do drop in's because they are an accounting nightmare". Again, put off. As a parent of a child attending Little Feet I was frustrated that the owner, of all people, would make the two previous statements to a parent. In essence she was describing my child as an accounting nightmare . It showed her lack of customer service and her unwillingness to correct a mistake or even apologize for the discrepancy. Needless to say, my child will no longer cause her anymore nightmares .

My daughter went here for preschool and childcare for 2 years, and we absolutely loved the place. They were so great and helpful when it came to her learning, and social skills. They not only use to bus her to and from her elementary school, they also kept her focused and helped with homework after school. The owners and staff are wonderful, caring people, which actually became good friends of ours along the way. In addition, you cannot beat their tuition prices either. We had to move, or else I would have never taken my daughter out of Little Feet.
