La Petite Academy #55

I am so happy to have found La Petite Academy. My daughter had been attending a different organization and was very unhappy there, so the moment she turned 2 1/2 years old she started at LPA. The teachers are extremely caring, nurturing and are so supportive of our daughter's needs. The director/owner is amazing and always welcomes you to talk with her about any questions or concerns you may have. The facility is clean, organized and has great classroom structures in place for learning. LPA of Lakewood is a terrific fit for our family and numerous others.

I Love La Petite Academy. Most of their staff has been there 10 years +. I can drop my child off and go to work with no worries. Besides teaching the basics they teach respect. My baby is thriving there. So much thanks to Donna and Sandy!!!

I am pleased with the quality care my daughters received at LPA in Lakewood! The staff time and again treat us as family, always staying concerned about our oldest who has graduated and no longer attends. My children have a love of learning and enjoy going to school thanks to LPA. This school is highly reccomended!! My children have built strong friendships with their preschool classmates. Our children have playdates, and phone friends from school often, all because of the close family style atmoshere built at this school!! This is not the ordinary day care center, but a nurturing. enriching, one of a kind quality learning center. Stop by see for yourself, your kids are worth it. My girls attended 3 years, my youngest just graduated Pre-K two months ago, but still keeps in touch with her LPA family! I am a proud parent of two La Petite Academy graduates!!

I found the preschool teachers kind and nurturing to my child. I and my son have been dissaponted with the pre-k classes, loud, noisy, teachers not in control of classes I have witnessed on multiple occasions students(3-4yo) hitting each other and teachers speaking harshly to the children. To many discipline issues not enough learning and structure. We are not attending any longer. My child says it is 'too loud' .

My children have been attending this school for 6 years and we love it. Both of my daughters were very prepared for Kindergarten. The staff is very nurturing and caring. The before and after school care is great as well. They help with homework and always have a positive attitude.

I found this school overcrowded and chaotic. I experienced teachers speaking to children in harsh and condescending tones. They were required to do a large amount of paperwork, and maybe had too much on their plates. It was not a good fit for my child so I switched schools.

Great academic preparation in the Pre-K program. Not so excited with the school layout. Not enough separation of classes. Gets a little noisy.
