I am quite disappointed with the administration as well as the pre-k and kindergarten teachers. There is also excessive teacher turnover. I agree with the statement below by another parent and we are moving on as well. I do like how clean the school is and the fact that the kids can walk over to the park on nice days.
The environment, is great. There are so many good teachers and Aids in this school. And there there is a teacher there 2010/2011 that is just awful. This has encouraged us to look elsewhere for our kids care.
I love this school. I love the teachers. I love everything about it! Wouldn't think twice. And we looked at EVERYTHING.
I think that the schools teacher have students the treat better and that they treat some of their teachers unfairly. It overal is a very good place for children but if certain teachers dont like your child you will NOT enjoy it. Your child will get kicked out if he or she is different.
I love this school. My daughter was there for 4 years until she started school and my son has been there since he was 8 weeks old. I would recommend this school to anyone.
We have been very pleased overall with this school and the teachers. My older daughter is advanced in her verbal and cognitive skills which is owed in part to her experience at ALC. And my younger daughter is thriving in the infant room. I feel so grateful to have found an environment with such affectionate and caring teachers.
My son has been attending ALC almost two years and I absolutely love the teachers there and the curriculum for the young students. It has been a great place for my son, and he really enjoys being there!
Our son has been at Advantage Learning Center for 3 years. From infant to 2 years old we had a very positive experience with the caretakers over our child. It was when our son moved into the 2-3 year old room our concerns started. We began to notice the schools director and staff were very detached and disinterested in classroom activities. It became clear they were not interested in concerns raised about a caretaker over our child. There was no involvement or interest to address our concerns. We even requested a meeting to sit down and talk about our issues and were turned away. We would have kept our son at Advantage in a heartbeat despite our concern with one caretaker had the centers director's been interested in discussing our concerns.
I am a grandparent and thought it was one of the cleanest schools. Great job!
It's a very good day care center that is safe, secure, and loving. I had my 9 year old there for several years in the older child rooms and have had my 3 year old in the younger rooms and they both loved it.
