Profile Completeness

INTERMEDIATE

Want to improve this school’s profile? You can!

All schools on GreatSchools begin with BASIC completeness, which includes important information like contact details and test scores. It’s up to the school community to take the next steps. As a parent or community member, you can share what you know with other families by writing a review or answering a few questions about what the school offers. As a school leader, you can upload photos, describe school programs, and more with an Official school profile.

The completeness meter moves to INTERMEDIATE, then ADVANCED, and finally HONOR ROLL as you complete the following: 10 or more reviews, at least 1 photo, and 9 program questions parents find helpful.

Fantastic school! My children absolutely LOVE this school. We came from a competing learning center, and it had been so nice to watch HRLC make my kids shine. I have found out through other parents that some of the negative reviews stemmed from parents not paying their tuition on multiple occasions. I think it is unfortunate that people try to ruin a great schools reputation when they are at fault. I have referred many of my mom's group friends to this school and everyone is extremely impressed with the staff and education.

My 3 year old has been going to this school for about a year now. Overall we've had a good experience at this school and mu daughter really enjoys it. I have not experienced rudeness from the office staff but I haven't had a reason to interact with them too much. However I will say that I was disappointed in how the school and teachers have handeled staffing changes, of which there have been many in the past 6 months. However, my child seems happy there and that makes us happy. They do have some great teachers! As compared to Kindercare in Lone Tree where my son went for three years, this place is way better!

My daughter has been going to this school for about a year now and started in the infant room. I would highly recommend it. I'm constantly impressed by the teachers and office staff. Everything is organized and my husband and I are always impressed by what our daughter learns there every day. My daughter has thrived here, socially and academically.

Really rude office staff (especially the Director!!) Can't say anything about the teachers, but the Director was rude and degrading enough for me to want to review this school online.

Horrible office staff, low teacher satisfaction. Teachers are wonderful to the kids but don't seem satisfied with their jobs and the management. Office staff is tactless and rude.

I have 2 children at HRLC. Both started in the infant room. One is now in the Kindergarten Program and the other is in Preschool. They both have thrived at HRLC academically and socially. Everyone is so friendly and takes great interest in my children. We are very happy!

I have been at parent at HRLC for 5 years with two kids. They both love going to school and I think the teachers and classrooms are excellent. I have also had positive experiences with the front office staff. Always friendly and willing to help out. I would absolutely suggest this school to anyone.

I am pretty much on board with everyonne else. The teachers are fantastic, and the office staff is about the worst in the biz. They are unwilling to help with concerns, and don't evern bother to tell you if the teachers in your room are changing. If you can get past the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the office staff, you won't be disappointed with the teachers.

I have been a parent at Highlands Ranch Learning Center fo 4 years and my child has had a wonderful experience in every class. He loves going to school everyday and I attribute this to the teachers and administrators for providing an enriching learning environment. I appreciate them fostering a love of school at young ages.

The front office staff is absolutely terrible, they are rude and extremely unhelpful. Based on this we were left with no choice but to move our kids elsewhere. This was very disapointing as the facility is nice and the infant room teachers are great. Until the front people are remove I cannot recommend sending your child here.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one but feel horrible that others have the same terrible treatment from the office staff. The teachers were great but the office was awful. They stated we did not turn in our final notice and are taking us to collections. After 3 good years they are trying to give us the raw end of the deal

I sent my child here and am very disapointed in the staff, which lead use to find another childcare facility. The Staff, mainly the office staff is not helpful in solving problems that come up, and offer no solutions. For the price you pay you should get a lot more!! Everyday my child Cried to not go....That tells you something right there! Go somewhere else this place is no good!

I am not sure what the other reviewers have been thorough at this daycare but we have had the opposite experience. My son loves to go to school each day and we feel like the management has the kids and their families in mind at all times.

The teachers at this school are great and do everything they can with what they are given. The infant room is outstanding with as great a group of teachers anyone could hope for. Poor problem solving skills by the front office have been a repeat problem and the choice to switch daycares was our best decision yet. You can really see the difference in the new setting.

I sent my eldest son here and found the same to be true. Good concept, horrible execution. Poor problem solving skills and way too many incidents were inappropriately addressed. Go somewhere else!
