Goddard School

I'm not sure which school the parent who posted on 07-05-09 thought she was writing for, the The Goddard School of Centennial hasn't been open for 'years' so her childrent couldnt' have possible been there for years. Anyway, I've had my toddler there for almost a year and am now having to pull him out because he is bored. While this is a fantastic school for the majority of kids, it is too rigid for kids with special academic or other needs. If you think your kid is in the normal range intellectually/academically, you will be very happy here. But if you think your kid may be gifted (or, as in my case, professionals have told you that), then this school will not work for you and your child.

This school offers a structured and loving environment for the children and incorporates activities and events that encourages learning amongst little ones. I am amazed at what my child has learned from attending this school part time for the past few years, and he is more than prepared for kindergarten. The owners are wonderful, approachable, available and very easy to work with. The director is friendly but her leadership and communication skills could use some work. Nonetheless, this school is a smart choice to prepare your child for the future.
