Although young children always have disagreements and need to learn how to constructively manage their relationships, this school does a good job consistently teaching them how to manage their feelings.
The school focuses on helping children understand their feelings and interactions and finding appropriate ways to address conflicts. Our child has done a very good job developing conflict management skills.
MAC is a great school! I have had the pleasure of consulting professionally with many members of the MAC community over the past year and I continue to be amazed at their dedication, commitment to each child, and vision. The school's director is intelligent, thoughtful, and will lead MAC to new heights in the coming years.
Both or our children attend MAC and the staff have been supportive during their transition. They have our oldest doing things I never thought possible at this age. She loves the structure and independence. Highly recommended.
My daughter started at MAC when she was 8 months old. She was very nervous when anyone different than mom or dad was around. Now at almost 2 years old she is a very happy, active, inquisitive and very independant for her age little person. She enters school in the morning running and doesn't want to leave in the afternoon. We as parents feel at ease thrusting our daughter to MAC
