Cottage School

My daughter started at the Cottage School South when she was 3 mos old, she's now over 2 years old. I have been thrilled with the school through all stages, and have always felt like the teachers and directors are my partners in raising my daughter. They give her such loving, personal care and really great teaching as well. Whenever I have had a concern, I have always been able to approach the directors and have, without exception had my concern addressed immediately. My mother, who was in child care centers for 20 years, is also very impressed with the Cottage. It's wonderful. You can feel very comfortable enrolling your child.

I have two children in the Cottage School South and we are so happy with it. All the teachers are great, I believe they make every child feel special. The director, Jenny, is so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is really good and it never seems too noisy. I really appreciate the openness of the center. There is always information about what is going on, what changes are being made etc.

My daughter has been with the Cottage School (South) since she was two. She started in the Toddler 2 room, moved up through the Preschool, and is now in the Pre-K. The teachers have been wonderful every step of the way, and are good about communicating needs to parents. Jenny and Lisa, the admins/directors, are wonderful as well and easy to find when needed. The PreK is great because the kids get more prep for kindergarten, and many of the kids there are already doing some kindergarten activities! I feel that not only is my daughter getting the academic and social preparations she needs to be a successful student, she's also having fun while doing it!
