Notre Dame is the best kept secret in Thousand Oaks. Many people haven't heard of it as it is tucked away behind La Reina High School and relatively new. I know my child is getting the best preschool experience there. It is nondenominational but the Sisters of Notre Dame make up the bulk of the staff - and they love the children. Sometimes students from La Reina help out. There are always many sets of eyes on the kids. It is small and I like that it is a preschool only. Resources and focus are just for the preschool and not shared with higher grade levels. The Director is knowledgeable, flexible, and down to earth. The extended hours are so convenient - 7:30am to 6pm - which really has come in handy a couple times. The number of days closed per year is very few compared to other preschools. This is important for our 2 parent working family. We are very happy with this preschool and would recommend it highly.
We are extremely pleased with Notre Dame Learning Center. The teachers and staff are all very caring. They provide a quality learning atmosphere, and we feel our son is in very good hands. We would recommend this school to anyone!
