I sent both of my kids here for 5 years. At first I could not get in but found a way. Then upon meeting the fantastic Kindergarten teacher Ms. Michelle I was one of 14 to get in. There were 28 trying. We had these 14 kids reading all types of books, counting beyond 100 and by multiplication (2,5 etc) though they did not realize that. The full day kindergarten prepared the kids for 1st grade. She taught me things I did not know. I learned everything I needed to the second time through kindergarten. The food could be better. Kindercare was well worth the expense for me!

Love it! KinderCare Santa Clara is my life saver. I was so worried about sending my daughter to preschool. I looked at many centers and really liked the warm friendly feeling I got at KinderCare. It was a little more expensive than few others but oh what a differance. I am amazed at how much she is learning. The staff really care. The director ask me if they were meeting my needs and if there was anything I felt they could do better.

There is a LOT of room for improvement at Kindercare. The bones are there but the program is really lacking. My biggest issues were lack of communication/information sharing and challenges communicating with staff (many who do not speak English.) There was also a very large issue with bullying, none of which we have experienced at our new school. There are several staff members who are absolutely excellent and five star, and I think that the program overall could be a five star if there are some improvements made. I know the new Director has been working hard to make these improvements, but we really didn't wait around during the transition!

My son is in their Pre-K program and I really love their way of teaching and also the kind and caring staffs. They have several programs like HOP Music and different sports activity too.
