HI, my child attends Parkside Rascals. As a correction to this website, it is an aftercare program for children primarily from Parkside Montessori/ Elem in San Mateo. It is for k-5th grade students and not preschoolers. We are very happy with the care Paulette and her aids provide. They are nurturing and creative in the activities they provide for the kids. It provides a homey, warm environment with a large backyard with play structure and gardens which include vegetable garden and rabbit patch. The 2 friendly dogs and fish are also part of the parkide rascal family. My child loves going to Parkside Rascals and sees it as an extended family. Parkside Rascals will take kids from class afterschool and parents pick their children up. Parent involvement other than drop off or pick up is not applicable to this daycare.
