My twins have been coming to Pebbles Christian since they were 2 years old, almost potty trained but still were on pull ups. They are 5 now and entering kindergarten this coming school year, and have become well rounded caring intelligent children and part of that is because they were influenced by loving responsible and conscientious teachers in Pebbles. Besides academic learning, there are activities that foster their social growth, and of course plenty of play activities which is the most effective way of learning at their age. I highly recommend this school, they are affordable and youll get your money's worth.
If you are looking for a place to put your child that will love them well, teach them well, and care for them deeply, then you won't find a better school than Pebbles. Yes, the facilities are a little worn after decades of faithful caring for children, while trying to keep fees low for working parents. Yes, some of the teachers have accents. But my granddaughter was there for 4 yrs. She never cried when she had to go. Sometimes when my daughter or son-in-law were off work, she would ask to go to school. She always felt loved and comfortable, and she had 6 kids in her Kindergarten class! This school has the heart of Jesus and they love on those kids in all the right ways. Your child will thrive.
My child has been going to this school for 2 years. Obviously, I've liked this school more than I have not since I have continued to send my child there. Most of the teachers are good - and my child has learned more about Jesus while he has been there (song, prayer and chapel time). But, there are also some things that I don't like such as: - school is old and worn down (I don't mind 'old', but worn down is another matter) - a few of the teachers do not speak very good English. This makes it hard for the parent and teacher to communicate along with the child - The school has gotten better, but they are not the greatest about communicating with parents. For an example, there have been times where a parent is given less than a week notice about school conferences, etc.
