I would like to say that my experience at St.Vincent wasn't very great. If you have a very energetic child and don't really familiarize yourself with staff, your somewhat on outkast. Staff is very unprofessional, they roll their eyes at you, speak rudely and god know's what one's child must experience if that's a component.
I love this school. My child is soaring at this school. One of the best kept secrets in Oakland.
School is clean, safe (although located in bad area). Curriculum, resources, and materials are abundant, but level of instruction by teaching staff is lacking, especially for an enrollment as small as 71 students. Ultimately, it is the 'learning' that is most essential for any school regardless of resources.
