The NYC is a wonderful place for children AND parents! There is a real sense of community here. Both my boys (ages 4 and 9 months) have been going to the NYC since they were each 3 months old. I've only experienced their ECE program, but I can advocate highly for it. The staff are so caring, kind and knowledgable about each stage of ECE...my children are loved, nourished and very, very happy here. The Center also has a school aged program with before/after school care, transportation to and from most Novato public schools, tutoring and summer camps, etc. I haven't experienced the school age services yet, but, as a full time working mother, it is such a relief to know they are available for when the time comes.
