Montessori School of Novato

We feel so fortunate to have found this school! Our daughter was in a play based school in Novato that was overwhelming and unstimulating academically. MSON provided all that our daughter needed: a calm and interesting environment, kind and encouraging teachers, and a safe place to grow and love learning.

My daughter being Montessori school when she was two and graduated from kindergaten when she was 6. Throughout our 4 years there the school became her second home, with the teachers and class mates being part of our family. The teachers respect each child's learning style and educate the parents on the Montessori philosophy. Would highly recommend this school!

I have a three year old in Primary who started out in the Toddler program. We really like the school. Our son is happy and gleaming every day. We wish we discovered it sooner so our older one could have been in the program too!

This school is wonderful. I have two children attending and they are both are very happy. They started at two years old and the teachers in both the toddler and preschool program are kind, encouraging, understanding and very supportive. Not only of the children but the parents as well. What is nice is the teachers take the time to understand the children and work closely with the parents to develop the children. It is hard to put such young children into a program and we are pleased to say after a little adjustment from being at 'home' our children have thrived at The Montessori School of Novato.
