I inquired about my toddlers frequency of meals and their respective portions because I saw that his bowel movements were extremely inconsistent. The center director (Kathryn) then called CPS and made a false report of child neglect claiming that my son was not eating. Do not trust these people. They are only concerned with protecting themselves and wil go to great lengths to avoid responsibility for everything including meals, naps, unexplained and severe bruises.. etc. They play on your insecurity as a parent and try to talk you out of expecting them to provide decent care for your child or yourself. The rooms are big which makes it difficult for teachers to watch children as they are spread out all over the room. While the teachers can be good, the management is aweful. Stressed out and fearful staff cannot create a good atmosphere. My toddler has since been moved to a smaller in home daycare I am extremely happy with.

This particular location has plenty of space and a nice outdoor playground. I am giving only two stars because my son was kicked out of the center because he was biting... He was 18 ms and had 6 teeth coming at the same time... My pediatrician said, "you don't want to have a child in a center where teacher can not or do not want to deal with a normal toddler behavior..." They lost my son's shoe once... One time he had a huge bruise on his forehead when I picked him up, and teacher's answer was "we don't know what happened... he is a boy - what do you expect?!" I moved him into another day center, and it was a bliss! he stopped biting within a week, is very happy and genuinely likes his new teachers!

We've been at the KinderCare in Mountain View for almost six months, and have nothing but good things to say. They were flexible with our schedule, they are very good to our son, and he likes to go there. He's learned a lot in a short time. He's in the infant room now, and we love the teachers. He'll be moving to the toddler room soon.

Horrible. My 2-year-old son had 12 teachers in as many months he hated it and cried regularly when dropped off. My ex-husband refused to agree to change the daycare. We are now in courts about this.
