My Daugher has been at this preschool for two years now and has had the best experiences. She loves her school, teachers and classmates. I am amazed at how much she has learned. She didn't make the cut off to start Kindergarden although she is more then ready to. She will be back for the pre-K class in Sept. We enjoy how much love, music, art, faith and the way the Teachers teach. She is 4yrs old and can sound out just about any word and tell you what letter it starts with!!!! She can add small numbers and read some small words like Cat, Baby, Mom and Love. Amazing what happens in small classrooms in a loving enviroment. She takes extra classes like cooking, dance, computer and sportsball. She goes 4 days a week and begs me to take her on the 5th day for a couple hours. I can't say enough good things! Last year when my daughter just turned 3yrs old I was Hospitalized for 3 weeks and then at home immobile for another 3 weeks. The school was so supportive of me and made sure they handled her with sensitivity and care during those rough weeks. It's a very well rounded school.
Journey of Faith has a wonderful Preschool and a top notch Kindergarten program. If you love small class sizes and loving teachers who exhibit and share Christian values with your children, you will love this school. The school is high in academics while allowing children to grow developmentally. I am very impressed at the level of learning both of my children have here. The Kindergarten program has exceeded my expectations, the teacher and curriculum are fantastic. One of the best parts is that Kindergarten is 6.5 hours long, vs. public schools that are half that. The school also offers extracurricular activities - Sportball, Little Chefs Culinary Class, Little Click Club, Webby Dance, Seaside Gymnastics, and Music Rhapsody and Zoo Phonics are included, with music as young as infant age. There is hot lunch available starting at 2/3 years old and they provide snacks daily. We have been blessed and impressed with this school, and couldn't imagine having our children attend elsewhere.
