We moved to Sunset Montessori in 2012 and we couldn't be happier! All of the teachers have been such a lovely help in our sons educational beginning. Teacher Lilya is sweet and nurturing and has taken great pride in keeping the cleanest school I believe I have ever seen! I was beyond impressed with the way the children were independently working on their activities and how excited they all were for their enrichment classes taught every day. The kids are also exposed to french and spanish weekly, teacher Lilya being russian understands the importance of languages early on. Teacher Lolita and teacher Tiana run the fundamental teachings and there are 3 other teachers who aid them. No doubt any child who goes to this preschool will have the joy of learning as well as play and will walk away knowing how to read and write at a 1st grade level!

Our son was at this school for over two years and he/we loved it. The school is immaculately clean and incredibly well organized. The kids learn how to be responsible, respectable, and kind, while still feeling like they can safely be children, and explorers of the world. Teacher Lilya, the founder of the school, is amazing and has a wonderful way with the children.

Both of our children attended Sunset Montessori Preschool and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The school is so bright and happy and the teachers are so warm and loving. The head of the school, Lilya, personally greeted me and my kids everyday and she was always there for me whenever I needed anything. My kids have nothing but fond memories and lifetime friends from Sunset Montessori.

Our family can't say enough good things about this school. My son flourished here and has grown into an inquisitive, happy, well socialized bright boy. We have been at the school 3 years and feel blessed to have found the school and teacher Lilya. We toured many schools for kindergarten and none of the schools were as clean or organized as this preschool is. We will miss everything about the school next year.

Sunset Montessori was the first preschool I toured and even though I did the rounds I just knew it was the perfect fit for us. My son thrived there and was really sad to leave. Now my other son attends and loves it too! I believe most preschools are glorified babysitting centers, but not this one. It is worth every penny. The teachers are amazing, the kids are so well behaved and I met some amazing parents to whom I can call good friends. Sunset Montessori is a win/win in my book

We transferred our daughter here after a rough experience at another preschool, and from day one she started to heal and thrive. The teachers are committed, loving and smart, and the head of the school, Lilya, is a sincerely dedicated professional with a heart of gold. The school is bright, happy and clean, with well-lit rooms and lots of time spent outdoors. The structure of each school day is well thought through and lends itself to the natural rhythms that children have. Most importantly there is a positive culture at school towards being kind and loving, and the teachers keep a close eye on the children in order to help shape them towards making good choices every day.
