Pacifica Montessori School

This school is simply the BEST!!!! One of the best montessori schools in this area! My son has blossom and broken out of his protective shell and it's great! School is very clean and beautiful when I first looked at it i knew this was the school for him.

Pacifica Montessori has been a wonderful, safe, educational environment for both of my daughers. I am sad that my youngest is about to "graduate" and that I have no more children to send here. We will truly miss the teachers come this fall. My oldest daughter was so well prepared by Pacifica that she has excelled during her first year in elementary school, socially and educationally.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Pacifica Montessori preschool on Centinela. I have no complaints-not one! Only praise. I have one child there currently and one who "graduated". The teachers and staff are all amazing. Their love of children shows. The kids learn, excel and are very well behaved. My husband and I toured other schools when first looking and were amazed at the low "buzz" of the classroom. There was no chaos - just children learning in a wonderful environment. The outdoor play area is wonderful too. If money and wait-lists for any LA preschools wasn't an issue, I would still choose this school over and over again!

My child attends the Mar vista location. I love this school. This is such a wonderful school. The teachers are very loving and they attend to every childs needs. The director is woderful. My son loves this school. I have notice that he exceeding. The teachers really take their time to teach the children. Love it, love it!!!!

My son and daughter have both excelled at Pacifica. My children are better people for having attended Pacifica which taught them the educational skills they needed (both of my children are high achievers who have been nurtured to excell) while teaching them to be citizens of their community. Ms. Gerard runs an outstanding elementary program and Ms. Smith and Ms. Petry's preschool classroom is - bar none - the best I've ever encountered.

Sending my daughter's to this pre-school was one of the best decisions I ever made. My 6-year old daughter just graduated from Kindergarten and is moving onto Pacifica's elementary school in Culver City. My 5 year old is finishing her last year of Kindergarten. The teacher's are the best. I never once questioned their care or concern for the welfare of my children. My girls hate being picked up from school because they love the staff and the wonderful environment. My 6 year old now reading at above grade level, and my 5 year old is not far behind. The parents are wonderful. You can expect a well-rounded cultural balance in the classroom, which I love. If you really want to invest in your child's future, spend the money to send them here through kindergarten. You won't regret it!

This is a wonderful environment for any child! Truly one of the few 'real' montessori schools in Los Angeles. My daughter is happy and growing as a person everyday due to the loving support provided by the teachers. She is well into kidergarten level work and she's only 4! There is dance, spanish and gymnastics offered on various days. Also, parents are involved in various celebrations through out the year and are encouraged to volunteer their time by doing a presentation on any subject for the kids (family history, nature, music etc)I would recommend this to anyone who is searching for a montessori school and is ready to see their child blossom!
