I've had a great experience at New Horizons. The teachers are great with the children. They maintain a structured and caring classroom. My son has never been happier. I would recommend this school to everyone.

Thankfully my unpleasant interactions with this facility gave me a taste of what it would be like to have my child in their care. To reserve a spot for care, a prepayment of a month's tuition is required in advance. I was told those funds would later be applied the first month of daycare. When I called to inform New Horizons (6 months in advance) that I would not be able to use their services, I was told the money already paid was "non-refundable" yet there was no documentation about this policy, nor did I sign anything stating it was non-refundable. I am waiting to hear back to see if I will need to proceed with legal action to get my funds back. I was informed my spot has been filled & funds have been paid by another family, so my money is being withheld for pure profit! While dealing with Kelly, I was disgusted with her childish & unprofessional behavior. She set deadlines that were not met, and when I asked her for an update, she hung up on me because she didn't have the info. Kelly's inability to communicate, & overall interactions with others is sub par & adolescent. God forbid I actually had an issue with my child and needed to speak to someone and was treated the same!
