My nephew is currently in the head-star program in Valinda School. If we could find him another better pre-school, we would have never taken him there. He has been to this school since last year but still he's not able to spell the 26alphabets yet. School teacher wanted to visit our house one day just because there was a form that we had to fill out. But she could have had us complete it at school. We canceled our appointments that moring just for the form. We'd explained to school that we would be out of town about 14days for family emergency a month in advance. But 6days later after my nephew and his mother left town,the school teacher called me(the aunt) and asked me why he was absent for a week! Then she asked for copy of their plane tickets. This is really annoyed and insult to us! I don't if the school system is really running like this. But I strongly not recommend this school to anyone.
