Foothills Methodist Pre-School

I LOVE this school. It has been a God-send for my oldest daughter who is a bit shy. I couldn't have picked a better school and her teacher, Ms. Batol, was wonderful with her. The facility is clean, the teachers and aides very helpful and knowledgeable. The students move in a rotation between class time, playground time, and centers (imaginative play). I believe it is a good mixture of play and learning. My 3 year old learned shapes, learned how to cut, mastered her colors and many other things that I can't think of at this moment. I would recommend this school to my friends and I have! That's the best compliment I could give.

My son just turned three years old and we decided to enroll him in preschool for the first time. I toured several schools in the area and loved Foothills' atmosphere! The facility is new, clean, bright, and organized. The classrooms are all open, colorful, and have a constant rotation of developmentally appropriate activities. We love our son's teacher, and the aides are wonderful! The principal is knowledgeable, present, and available to parents. As a stay-at-home parent, I appreciate the half day schedule from 9am-noon, either M,T,W or Th,F. I highly recommend Foothills!

Very unfortunate first school experience. Very "Cookie-Cutter" if your child doesn't fit the mold, be prepared... The last staw was finding out the teacher talked about students to other parents. I would travel a little farther down into El Cajon and attend Holy Trinity. Much more loving environment found there.

My daughter has recently started attending this school. The teachers, especially Mrs. Elizabeth, are great! It is super clean, the kids all have a great time and the curriculum is great. I would highly recommend this school.

Absolutely amazing teachers and facility. I would highly recommend this school. There is a high demand....so be prepared to camp out the night before registration:) But, it is sooo worth it!

My daughter attended this pre school for two years and we had a great experience.The teachers were wonderful!! Great learning environment. My son will be attending next year.
