This preschool makes me want to have more babies so I can keep being part of the FUMNS family. I did a lot of research when my daughter was going to start preschool, and I fell in love with FUMNS. The tuition is very affordable, and the teachers and director are loving, caring, amazing people who treat every child like family. I am a big fan of the way the school is set up. The youngest children receive a beautiful, nurturing introduction to school in the first class. Then there's a "traditional" preschool class for 4-year-olds, and here they learn so much through a play-based environment. The third class at the school is a "bonus-year" class, and the children keep learning more and more through that play-based curriculum. My daughter has grown so much under the love and guidance of these amazing teachers. I can't recommend this school enough. The parent participation angle is fantastic as well. Only once a month are you required to participate, and it's fun to boot. This school is hands-down the best preschool in Fullerton.
My kids & I love this school. The teachers & director are very caring and go out of their way to give the child the direction they need. I also like the parent participation. My 4 yr old son loves going to school every day and my 2 yr old can't wait to start. I would highly recommend this preschool.
I love this school so very much!!! It has truly become like a family to us. Our 8 year old son went through the program and is now a confident student and caring individual. FUMNS gave him the social and developmental tools to succeed when he moved on to elementary school. It is such an amazing environment for the children to learn and grow in. They get to experience everything from the arts to learning those essential skills for Kindergarten like writing. The best part of the school is that the learning is done in such a creative way. None of the academics is forced on the children but they absorb it through things like art projects, stories, and songs. It absolutely works!!! Our 5 year old is finishing his last year at FUMNS and it gives me so much comfort to know that he is 100% ready for the future!!
We love this preschool. My son started when he was 2 and 3 months and has always loved going to school. The days when he can't go for whatever reason he is so sad. The teachers and the Director go beyond the call of duty, I believe. I love this preschool and will send my daughter here next year.
Excellent teachers and a very caring staff make this preschool the best in the area. Both my daughter and now my son attend FUMNS and we have had only the best experiences here.
I researched many preschools in the area and FUMCNS was the most affordable. The teachers are amazing and since the ratios are small; each student becomes part of a family. My 4 yr old daughter looks forward to attending school and loves our monthly parent participation leader days. I am extremely satisfied with this school and would recommend it for a love & nurturing environment with all the developmental skills in literacy, arts, writing, motor, social and so much more. They strive in keeping parents involved and well informed. Welcoming environment.. I love this School.
We sent both of our sons here & they got exactly the developmental support they needed. The staff set a wonderful atmosphere of caring. Children are encouraged to express their feelings in kind ways. They are shown how to express themselves without hitting or 'potty' talk and to care about their friends feelings. It is a religious school but I found it was not heavy handed and the methods and morals taught were universal kindness. We enjoyed the monthly parent helper days. We could get an inside peek into how our children were interacting with others and what their day was like. I notice some comments about it not being an 'academic' school. I would like to point out it is also not a babysitting school. They teach the children what they need to learn for their current development. Socialization skills, dexterity skills, comprehension skills, art, attention, healthy eating, and so much more.
All three of my kids have loved attending this preschool. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a small school with a low child-teacher ratio where your child will be cared for in a loving and nurturing environment. The teachers are very experienced and follow a creative developmental curriculum that prepares them for kindergarten. The cost of tuition is very affordable. I love this school!
My son loves FUMCNS. He always looks forward going to school in the morning. He is always excited and loves the teachers. The teachers are excellent..they are really good with the kids..very loving and nurturing. I love the fact that the parents help out in the classroom so they can see for themselves how the kids interact and socialize with each other .It would be nicer if they have more academics in their program but then they are only kids and they will have plenty of time for academics later on .I would strongly recommend this school...its surprisingly affordable than most of the other preschools around the area but it is definitely worth checking out.
We love this school! It is developmentally geared which is something that all kids need and can only get from interacting with adults outside of the home and playinhg with other kids. I love that I get to spend time in the classroom and see what they are doing and spend quality time with my daughter in a different enviornment. The staff is awesome, they are loving and deal with the normal situations that kids have without panicing. They are supportive of us as a family and personal situations that we have that impact how are daughter may act during school The tuition is a bargain compared to other schools I have looked at.
