Our daughter has been going to this school for over a year in the primary program. I and my husband really believe in the montessori values and system of teaching and we moved her to this school for that reason. While I think the school is doing good, it could do better with the caliber and skills of the teachers. I think this is primarily because the teachers don't seem to really care - if their attitude and dedication changed, then school has excellent materials and environment to be a great school.
This review is for Mission Valley Montessori which is owned and operated by the same people who run Montessori School of Fremont: This school was formerly Happy Bear Forest and transitioned to a montessori preschool 2 years ago. My daughter has learned by leaps and bound since the then. They follow the montessori curriculum and make learning fun for all the kids. The teachers, asst. teachers and admin staff are great. The physical plant is clean, well lighted, and neat. Highly recommend this school.
